What We Practice
Reward the good, ignore the bad. In other words, we pay attention to desirable behaviour displayed by your dog, and ignore any undesirable behaviour. This teaches the dog that good stuff happens when I practice good doggy manners. As a result, the frequency of good behaviour increases and the bad behaviour decreases.
Doggy Requirements
All dogs must wear a current rabies tag and city license tag on their dog walks. To obtain a license from the City of Toronto, go to: www.toronto.ca/epet. A rabies tag can be obtained from your vet.
New Clients
Contact Us today to book a complimentary Meet & Greet with you and your dog!
All clients must provide a copy of their dog's most recent vaccine certificate from their vet, to ensure they are up-to-date on their shots.
All dogs in group walks, daycare, or boarding must be friendly and get along with people and other dogs.
Referral Incentive
Receive $15 off your next service for referring a new client. The credit will be applied to your account on the new client's first day of services.
Payments
Payments are due at the time the service is rendered. We accept cash only at this time.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give us 24 hours notice, or full charge for the service booked will apply.
Weather
Safety first. On the rare occasion when there are extreme weather conditions, the regular rate still applies, but dog walks may be cut short for the safety of both the dog and the dog walker.
